Born in 1979, Gülay Yıldız is a graduate of the Faculty of Business Administration. During her 21-year banking career, she has held positions in private banking, commercial banking, and branch management at leading institutions in the sector, including Garanti BBVA, ING Bank, and Türk Ekonomi Bankası.

Combining his financial expertise with entrepreneurship, he founded his own company, Primevest Investment, and transformed his years of experience into real estate and investment consulting. The company is headquartered in Northern Cyprus and provides strategic consulting services to local and foreign investors across the island.

What sets Gülay Yıldız apart is that she doesn't just sell; she provides one-on-one, trust-based, strategic consulting to ensure investors make the right project selection at the right time and in the right location.

He has spent the last 8 years of his banking career in Northern Cyprus, serving as a branch manager during this period. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the construction sector, commercial life, local legislation, and financial processes. Being a citizen of both the TRNC and Turkey, his thorough knowledge of business practices on the island and his extensive network have established him in a strong position within the sector.

Today, as the director of Primevest Investment, he is leading the sector with a new generation consulting model that combines finance, real estate, and investment strategies.
